100% replaced by Care Center including her cloth body. I had the Care Center attach her head with neck string. I’m an adult collector and have had several Kananis. This one has been taken out of the box once and put into Glinda’s blue gown (brand new from AG) for a couple photos inside for about 20 mins, she was then put back into the box and kept safe from dust. Never been handled by a child, never on display.
