I have owned three different Scuba Training Facilities in the past. Every Divemaster and Instructor that we had used these fins.! The secret is that as you kick, they widen out to at least double their width and increase the amount of water you displace. These are the last pair I have left from my shop. These are Black-size XL+ (10-12+ Mens)
They use Water Adaptive Responsive Propulsion technology, ‘inspired by the biology of various marine mammals’. The blade is hinged and the central, flexible part of the fin has a series of channels that ‘allows the blade to accumulate a volume of water that is determined by, and proportional to, the effort produced by the diver’.
