Beautiful Prom/Pageant Dress. Purchased brand new she wore it for 45 mins to have pictures made in it and that was it. She graduated this year and they were doing prom at a later date this summer but she has decided not to even go. Hate to see this dress go to waste. When you look at it the dress looks Gray with sparkles all over it but when the light hits it a certain way it’s a beautiful Royal Blue color. It was a size 11 in junior we had it altered down to a 3/4 but it was done so that it could be let out all the way back to an 11.
