Vibrant vintage Italian oil painting in the Impressionist style of Van Gogh and Cezanne. The Mid-century still life of a bowl of fruit and a large copper pitcher is so full of color and life! The layers of paint dance across the canvas with thick, lively brush strokes. The color palate is a mixture of warm tones accented by pops of turquoise blue. You must see this in person to truly appreciate the stunning life of this piece!
The canvas and frame are in very good vintage condition with only some slight wear to the picture frame. The mat surrounding the canvas is made of a soft sueded sage green fabric. It is not visibly signed, but the markings on the back and the stamp on the wooden stretchers are Italian.
The framed painting measures approximately 32"W x 24"H
