Item still has a tag- however, there a couple of flaws from storage . The top left of the front looks to have some ink transfer from storage and the bag has some pink dye transfer on the back and on the edge of the changing pad. The inside is spotless and still has the silica gel. About 20-24 inches wide. Overall it is unused- I will list as like new. Flaws are pictured in the photos
