Battery is dry. I already bought a pack with tabs. They're being shipped with the game, no extra charge :)
The price, I've seen these sell on here for $130-$230. On ebay all the way up to $280.
I had this listed a couple months ago and got offers all the way down to $1 below the actual cost of just shipping the game and batteries. Best offer I got was a guy said he already got a full refund on another from a different seller.
Here's the deal. You always run a risk of people ripping you off when you sell online. I'm listing and selling this for $160. That's $120 less than the best on ebay at $280. I'm paying whoever buys this $120 for some honesty.
