This is a vintage Parker 51.
It has a 14k gold nib, and the ink flow is very generous, allowing for smooth writing.
I love the writing feel, but I have other fountain pens and am selling this one to organize my collection.
When I received it, it was completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned part by part, and the ink sac was re-adhered, with careful adjustments and restoration.
I am selling it for less than what I paid for it. Please refrain from price negotiations.

The Parker 51 was produced in vast numbers, with 20 million pens made from 1941 to the late 1970s.
This pen has a stainless steel cap and a gray resin barrel, a very characteristic combination for the Parker 51. This is an Aerometric Parker 51, which is the most common and has stable quality. The sturdy acrylic barrel has no damage (the tiny hole on the side of the barrel is for breathing in case of accidental ingestion by a child and is not a defect). The ink sac is in excellent condition with no discoloration. The 14k gold nib is approximately EF (Extra Fine), and the pen point has plenty of life left.
