Labeled L but very strict on that - about 31" waist, no real stretch as with most PUG Jenny (IYKYK). Doesn't even need a petticoat, but if you're rocking the full vintage look, a little extra is perfect.
Probably from the 2014/2015 year set? Haven't seen it around much since, sadly.
