This is a very rare sign - 6" wide, 16" high - made probably in the early 60s by Thomas A. Schutz Company. This is a survivor, it is not mint. I have taken closeup photos of 2 areas where some of the blue paint has flaked off. Also, the tip of the handle where you would flip the lid is cracked and the original pieces are lost. That said, it's in great condition for 60 years old! I have "flipped" the image that describes the bulb as it is meant to be read from the inside. Also the image of the UL sticker is upside down to make it readable. The plug is non-grounded/polarity and on a rather short (27") cord.
Pictures were taken with a 40 watt appliance bulb in it as that was all I could find with the small base needed. 15 Watt flame style bulb is what is specified, so the brightness will be somewhat less.
