Personal collection release! This is a top quality, fully natural crystal cluster of elusive La Manche Amethyst from Placentia Bay in Newfoundland, Canada. These super rare, incredible minerals were just discovered in 2021 and featured in multiple mineral publications. They have distinctive shapes and coloration (an ombré of royal purple to lavender to mauve pink), the most rare being the floral rosettes or bloom like this stunning example. It's an exquisite collection piece with vivid purple amethyst phantoms and glistening Quartz and Goethite inclusions that the amethyst encountered during development. The outermost generation is glassy clear and lustrous amethyst that shines and sparkles with rainbows in the light. Incredibly aesthetic, cabinet sized display piece at about 4 x 4 × 3 inches and almost 3/4 a pound (11.6 ounces). Includes the mineral ID / locale info card.
