It is in great shape with the exception of a sign that broke off. Also, 2 crows have been repaired.
The lights and sounds work excellent. Plays spooky music and sounds. You can adjust the volume with the dial attached to the house.
Approximately 9 1/4 to top of building and 14 to top of crows flying.
The cord is included. It comes in its original styrofoam and box. Also includes paperwork.
