Scrolled heart filigree work surround a large, luminous red cabochon in this '60s vintage dangling fringed pendant necklace. Pronged clear and red rhinestones, set throughout, add spark. A golden link chain with spring ring clasp companions with the necklace.
The gold tone multi link necklace chain is approximately 24 inches long with spring ring clasp. The pendant including the bail and fringe is about 3 inches x 1 1/4 inches at its widest point with a 3/4 inch profile or height. Oval glass cab is 16.5 millimeters x 12 millimeters; red and clear chaton rhinestones, 1.8 millimeters.
Condition is good vintage. All components original and intact.
The heart scroll / filigree work is often associated with and ascribed to Juliana / DeLizza & Elster (Although this set features many of the tell tale hints of D & E we believe it may have been created by one of the company's peers. Unsigned. Circa 1960s.
