Two vintage Kenner Star Wars Tauntaun action figure from the Empire Strikes Back line, likely the 1979 or early 1980s release.
It features an "open belly" action to place a figure inside, which is a common point of failure in these toys.
The figure is a reptomammal native to the icy planet Hoth, used by the Rebel Alliance as transport.
The original saddle is included in the image on both of them and one includes the harness.
