U.S. Vintage, union made VIP petites lipstick red polka dot double breasted dress. Size 8. In excellent vintage condition with no known flaws. Very clean, no rips, tears, holes or stains. Features a matching belt in very good shape as well as a peter pan collar with detachable black tie. Includes shoulder pads, puff shoulders, 3/4 sleeve with cuff button. Elastic waistband is in great condition as well with full stretch intact. Semi sheer, i recommend wearing a slip with this dress. Modeled by a modern women's small, 115lbs 5'0 without heels.
