This beautiful Hamilton Dodson watch dates back to 1948. Its dial and 10k gold filled case are in fantastic condition considering its age, and the crystal is nice and clear. The manual wind, 17 jewel 987a movement winds and sets smoothly and it's keeping accurate time. This watch seems to have been well taken care of, it looks exceptionally clean, inside and out!
The case measures approximately 27 mm wide and 37.5 mm long. Comes on a vintage pigskin leather band that's still in decent shape and will fit a larger wrist. The buckle is a bit awkward to latch, however.
