Lovely handmade maxi skirt made out of vintage Hawaiian crepe fabric often called barkcloth because of the texture. This kind of fabric was wildly popular from the 50's-70's, made mostly in Hawaii or Japan & is still unmatched today for color saturation. The pattern is an explosion of flowers in various sizes & shapes in neon colors of amethyst, turquoise, fuchsia & cobalt with yellow highlights & green leaves. It looks like fireworks of flowers. Panel construction skirt looks like it may have been converted from a dress judging from the seam placements. Excellent condition.
Elastic waist means it fits MEDIUM to X-LARGE. Please compare approximate FLAT measurements to a skirt that fits you well & give yourself room to move.
14.5-19" waist
free hips
39-40" length
MANNEQUIN 34/23/35 (pinned on)
