VINTAGE 40s 24KT GOLD ORMOLU DRESSER SET PERFUME BOTTLES JEWELRY BOX GUILD CREST
This is a RARE, gorgeous Guild Crest 24KT gold plated and glass ormolu dresser set with 2 perfume bottles and a jewelry box. The set has an Art Nouveau design and is very ornate with roses on each piece and in the vine scrollwork. Guild Crest was an American company that made dresser sets and boudoir accessories in the 1940s and 1950s. These items were 24KT gold plated and imported from Germany. This is the only Guild Crest set like this on eBay.
The perfume bottles are each about 8.5” tall and 3.5” in diameter on their bases. They are both marked “ Guild Crest” on their bottoms. The rose comes off and has a glass perfume appliqué. You pour your perfume into the glass vial after you remove the rose. One perfume bottle has its glass appliqué and vial intact.
