Used with wear, denting, and tarnish. Both Patina and rust. I gave it a little wash but wasn't sure about polishing so I quit.
The arms are detachable.
Some of the individual holders can be removed some are stuck and I did not force them. One seems to be possibly striped because you can keep twisting but tightens enough to be useable.
There is some bending / damage as pictured.

The arms are removable, and the height can be adjusted with the twist of a knob.
