Vintage Tio 1960’s Black White Velvet Ruffle Maxi Dress Faux Pearl Accents
Stunning vintage 1960’s maxi dress by Tio. Black velvet skirt with long sleeve top with ruffle at neckline and cuffs of sleeves. Waist is adorned with faux pearls and tiny rhinestones. Very good vintage condition, there are some areas of “marks” by the top of the skirt where it appears something was resting on the velvet. There is a tiny area of discoloration on the neck and an area of light discoloration on the sleeve. Please see ALL photos and feel free to ask any questions. Clean and ready to go!
