This antiquarian Camp Fire Girls guidebook comes with original ephemera, including lists of Camp Fire honors, contests, crafts, and more, marked with the name of a camper from Troy, Pa. Camper's name is written in pencil on the front cover, dated 1919. Lower front corner of the cover and first several pages is bent. Otherwise, interior pages are clean. The book is illustrated throughout with photographs, drawings and diagrams, with a special section outlining the "War Program" of the Camp Fire Girls, which focused on saving, preserving and supplying food. The bulk of the book is devoted to outlining the purpose and program of the Camp Fire Girls organization, its traditions and its laws. This book has 156 pages and measures approximately 6"x8".
