Wedgwood Porcelain Lavender Jasperware Trinket Box Pair, Midcentury, Collectible

This offering is for an exquisite set of two cream color on lavender (pale blue) Jasperware porcelain keep sake/jewelry/dresser boxes crafted by Wedgwood, England. The pattern features relief, decorated, cream colored figures, floral patterns, and medallions on pale blue with solid pale blue box interiors. Sides are similarly decorated with different designs on each. Design motif Greek mythos(?) and cherubs(?). These charming boxes are in beautiful vintage condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, discolorations, or signs of use. They appear as if they were used only for display. (Note little/no bottom wear.) Box dimensions are 2" H x 4" square for the square box and 2” H x 2 5/8” diameter for the round box.

These lovely boxes would be fantastic on the vanity, bedside, side, cocktail table as powder or pill boxes. The round one could be used as a ring box. They would also make excellent gifts on their own, or better yet, stuffed with something fun, or simply as collector pieces.
